This song to me was very Jimmy Eat World when I wrote it. The original acoustic demo had more lifts and falls but we trimmed all of that out in the pre production phase.

It's about being in a relationship and one partner isn't very committed to a successful and happy relationship. One partner decides the other is blowing it. After things dissolve, they decide to pick things back up. Where they belong, together.
